Who is responsible

Glowmi is published by AppCraft31, an independent studio based in Toulouse, France. For any question about this policy, write to appcraft31@gmail.com.
This policy describes what the app actually does with data, on iOS and iPadOS.
What stays on your device
Glowmi stores the following in your device's own storage. None of it is sent to any studio server.
If iCloud is enabled on the device, your companion, album, coins and cosmetics are synced to your private iCloud storage, managed by Apple and inaccessible to the studio. Otherwise, everything stays on the device.
Glowmi shows no banners and no forced full-screen ads: the only ads are bonus videos (doubling a game’s winnings, boosting the daily reward, refreshing the market, a free gift box), which only start if you tap their button, four a day at most.
The advertising consent form (UMP), then an explanation screen followed by the tracking request (ATT), are shown at launch. Declining never blocks the game: videos are still offered, without personalisation.

Advertising
Glowmi is free and includes the Google AdMob SDK, in the following formats: rewarded video. Google AdMob is provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and by Google LLC elsewhere.
In that context, Google may process the device advertising identifier, app-related identifiers and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
On iOS, the system asks at first launch whether you allow tracking of your activity. If you decline, no advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared and ads are not personalised.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a GDPR-compliant consent screen is shown through the Google User Messaging Platform. You can accept, decline or customise the use of your data for advertising.
That choice is kept by the Google SDK. The app does not yet offer a screen to reopen the form: uninstalling and reinstalling the app shows it again.
In-app purchases
Glowmi offers in-app purchases. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play: we never receive your card number, your address or any billing data.

Analytics
Glowmi sends Firebase Analytics, to measure how the game is used (hatchings, care actions, mini-games played, purchases, videos watched, shares, screens viewed) in order to improve it. The device advertising identifier is only associated with these measurements if you accepted the tracking request.
Network connection
The app uses your connection for loading advertising videos and their consent form, sending usage statistics to Firebase, Game Center leaderboards and, if iCloud is on, syncing your companion to your private iCloud storage. Care and mini-games work offline.
Accounts and game services
Glowmi never asks you to create an account. Game Center is used for les classements des quatre mini-jeux et les succès: in that context, only your Game Center nickname and your scores are transmitted, through Apple's service.
Children
Glowmi is not specifically aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about them.
Your rights
Uninstalling the app erases the data stored on the device. Its iCloud copy is deleted from your device’s iCloud settings (storage management).
The General Data Protection Regulation further grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to appcraft31@gmail.com.
For data processed by the ad networks, those rights are exercised with each of them: Google. Your advertising choices also remain changeable at any time from your device settings.
